During these brutally cold winter months, I find myself scrounging through the cabinets, fridge and freezer to find ingredients for a quick dinner. When it’s below freezing out, the last thing I want to do is bundle up and drive to the grocery store. I often look for ways to take the ingredients I have on hand and find new ways to make ordinary ingredients less boring. I’ll almost always find that I have a chicken breast or two in the freezer, Parmesan cheese in the fridge and plenty of salad dressing bottles. Rather than let that salad dressing go to waste, I find you can create some pretty flavorful dishes by using it in new and unexpected ways.
One of those ways is by making baked chicken nuggets. Instead of the messy egg, flour and crumb coatings, I use KRAFT Classic Ranch salad dressing to give the chicken flavor and easy way to give chicken nuggets a light crumb coating. Plus, you can finish off the bottle of salad dressing by pairing the nuggets with a side salad!

You might not realize how easy it is to make your own chicken nuggets. Ours, baked with Parmesan, are tender, crunchy and all-around awesome.
