13 Minute Peanut Butter Cookies

what you need
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
make it
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix egg, sugar & peanut butter.

Drop by teaspoons onto baking sheet.

Bake 8 minutes. Press gently with a fork to leave a fork print. Cool & Eat!

No flour needed!!!!

Rated  by a cook on 3/25/2004 These are very good and easy cookies to make. I make them using brown sugar instead of white. the cookies don't fall apart as much.
