2 Minute Hawaiian Pie

what you need
  • 1 package (5.1 ounce) Jell-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding and Pie Filling
  • 1 can (20 ounce) crushed Dole pineapple in heavy syrup, undrained
  • 1 container (8 ounce) sour cream
  • 1 (9-inch) graham pie crust
  • 1/2 cup Baker's Angel Flake Sweetened Coconut; if desired
make it
In a large bowl, combine the vanilla pudding mix, undrained crushed pineapple, and sour cream; stir until well blended, and add coconut if desired; blending into mixture.

Pour mixture into pie crust, and you're done!!!

Cover and chill 2 hours before serving.
Don't make the vanilla pudding according to the package directions; just add the dry mix to the other ingredients.

If you like, decorate the pie with whipped topping, flaked coconut, and maraschino cherries for that tropical look!

Actual preparation time only takes 2 minutes.

Rated  by kray13 on 11/10/2004 I substituted fat free sugar free vanilla pudding, fat free sour cream and added fat free cool whip with coconut and slivered almonds on top. It was wonderful economical and time consuming. It was for the best friends birthday and was a great success. :)
