3-Step Cheesecake

what you need
  • 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz.)
make it
PREHEAT oven to 325°F. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix just until blended.

POUR into crust. Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.

This dessert is lovely so your bound to love it!

Rated  by Duf15 on 9/13/2005 I hated cheesecake until I tasted this one! Change the 1/2 tsp vanilla extract to 1/4 vanilla extract and 1/4 almond extract. It makes a huge difference...so much tastier!!!
