what you need
- 1 1/2-2 lb. ground round
- 4 cups hot cooked rigatoni pasta (about 2 cups uncooked)
- 1 jar (26 oz.) tomato & basil sauce
- 1 1/2 cups (6 oz.) shredded part-skim mozzarella, divided
- 1/4 cup (1 oz.) parmesan cheese, shredded
make it
Brown beef in large sprayed skillet. Drain well.
Combine beef, rigatoni, sauce, and 1 cup mozzarella. Toss well. Spoon into sprayed 9x13 inch dish. Top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan.
Bake at 350°F for 20 min, or until heated through.
