what you need
- 4 1/2 cups grapes
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- Pie crusts
make it
Seed the grapes and then add the rest of ingredients and mix well.
Put flour in bottom of pie shell and pour in mixture and top with crust.
Bake 425°F with edge covered for 20 minutes. Remove cover and bake until crust is golden brown.
Notes
To remove seeds, cook the pulp until it boils for a couple of minutes and then remove the seeds.
