what you need
- 4 eggs
- 4 packages (8-oz. each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Splenda (sugar)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Topping
- 1 container (16-oz.) sour cream
- 1-2 Tbsp. Splenda (sugar)
make it
Beat first 4 ingredients together, just till cream cheese is incorporated into egg mixture. If you overbeat, your cheesecake will
crack.
Pour mixture into a greased springform pan. Bake for approximately 35 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Mix sour cream and sugar and pour over cheesecake. Bake 5 minutes more. Let cheesecake sit until cool. Remove springform and let rest for several hours.
