what you need
- 1 box yellow cake mix (follow package directions for preparation)
- 1 can prepared white frosting
- Baker's Coconut Flakes
- Strawberries for garnish (optional)
make it
Follow package directions for preparation of yellow cake mix batter. Divide mixture in half and pour into 2 springform pans. Bake according to package directions. Let cool.
Spread 1/4 of prepared white frosting on top of one cake. Add second cake on top. Continue to spread remaining frosting on sides and top of entire cake.
Sprinkle top and sides of cake with Baker's coconut flakes. Garnish with fresh strawberries, if desired.
