what you need
- 3 egg whites
- 1 cup sugar
- 32 Ritz Crackers, rolled fine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- Whipped cream - topping
make it
Beat eggs whites until very stiff. Add sugar, crushed crackers, vanilla and nuts.
Pour into greased pie plate.
Bake at 400°F about 20 minutes. Top with whipped cream.
Notes
Very quick and easy to make.
