what you need
- 1 cake mix (any flavor you would like)
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 egg (for a softer cookie use 2 eggs)
make it
Preheat oven at 325°F. Put ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Mix at medium speed until well blended.
Place spoonful dropping onto cookie sheet (three across, normally makes 9 at a time).
Place in oven for 10 minutes. Remove and place on cooling rack. Cookies can either be topped with a sprinkle of sugar or decorated with your favorite icing.
