what you need
- 1 whole Cornish hen
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place hen breast up in 8-inch square baking pan. Fold wings back and tie legs together.
In small bowl, combine honey, oil, soy sauce, ginger and red pepper until blended; brush over hen. Pour broth in bottom of pan (not over hen).
Roast basting occasionally, 1 hour or until thermometer inserted in the thickest part of thigh registers 180 degrees F.
