what you need
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 box Velveeta cheese
- 2/3 cup fresh diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup fresh diced chili peppers
- 1 medium onion, diced
make it
Brown ground beef in skillet, drain.
Melt cheese in 2 quart sauce pan. Add tomatoes, peppers, onion. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add ground beef. Simmer for 5 more minutes.
Notes
If you don't have time to buy fresh ingredients, a can of diced tomatoes and chilies can be substituted. Also, minced onion can be used if fresh is unavailable.
