what you need
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened (NOT whipped or lite)
- 1/2 cup real butter, softened
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup finely chopped nuts or shredded coconut
- 3 "bricks" graham crackers
make it
Beat together cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy. Gradually beat in powdered sugar and brown sugar. Mix in the chocolate chips.
Plop into saran wrap and form into a ball. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, may be frozen.
To Serve:
Roll in nuts or coconut if desired and serve with graham crackers broken into fourths.
