what you need
- Lettuce, shredded
- Bacon, crumbled
- Cheese, grated
- Boiled eggs, crumbled
- Onion, diced
- Bell pepper, chopped
- Frozen peas
- Mayo
- Grated (parmesan) cheese
- Tomatoes (optional)
make it
Layer all ingredients except mayo, grated cheese and tomatoes.
Mix mayo with a little sugar to taste. Spread over top, sprinkle with grated cheese (parmesan is good), and garnish with tomatoes.
Chill several hours.
