what you need
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 box Jell-O Gelatin (your favorite)
- 1 lg. tub Cool Whip
make it
Prepare cake mix as directed. Pour mix into a 11x7 baking pan. Cook as directed. Cool cake. Prick holes with toothpick all over the top of cake making sure to put toothpick all the way through.
Make Jell-O 1/2 strength and pour into holes, cover with plastic wrap and put in refrigerator until Jell-O is set, approximately 2 hours.
Spread the large container of Cool Whip over top of cake and enjoy...
Notes
You may also put strawberries, blueberries, or whatever fruit or candy you want on the top, it’s delicious. The Jell-O makes the cake really moist as it seeps through it.
