Quick & Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

what you need
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 egg
make it
Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix all ingredients together in bowl.
Drop by spoonfuls or roll into balls and place on cookie sheet. Use fork to flatten center.
Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
The quickest & easiest cookies I've ever made. Great for when the kids need something for school and tell you the night before!!!!
