what you need
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 1 pound pork sausage (in roll)
- 8 ounces ranch dressing
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- Vegetable oil
- Mini muffin trays

Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease muffin trays. Press each wonton wrapper into tray and lightly coat top with oil. Bake in oven until lightly brown on edges, 5-10 minutes.
Brown sausage in skillet, drain and let cool. Combine cooled sausage, ranch dressing, and cheddar cheese in a medium bowl.
Spoon mixture into cooked wonton shells and return them to the oven until the cheese melts. Leftover filling can be refrigerated.
Notes
Use different varieties of sausage for different tastes. Using Italian sausage or hot sausage adds more flavor to the filling.
