what you need
- 1 lb. ground meat
- Garlic powder to taste
- Salt and pepper
- 1 can enchilada sauce (mild)
- 1 pkg. frozen tortillas
- 1 lb. Velveeta Cheese
- 1 can tomatoes and green chilies
- 2 can mushroom soup
make it
Add garlic power, salt and pepper to ground meat and brown. Add enchilada sauce.
Put in greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Alternate layers of tortillas and cheese over meat. Put tomatoes and chilies over this. Heat mushroom soup and spread over top.
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees F uncovered.
