what you need
- 1 (large) can salmon
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/4 cup onion
- 1/4 cup celery
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- Cornflakes or bread crumbs
make it
Combine salmon, soup, cheese and rice. Saute onion and celery in butter. Add celery and onions to salmon mixture.
Pour in casserole dish. Top with cornflakes or bread crumbs.
Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
