Chicken and Biscuits Pot Pie

what you need
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 2 cups peas
- 2 cups sliced carrots
- 1 jar (15 oz.) small onions
- 2 cups (10.5 oz. each can) of chicken gravy
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 3/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 6 frozen buttermilk biscuits (from a 26 oz. bag)
make it
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Filling - mix chicken, veggies, liquids and seasonings.
2. Put into a 2-2 1/2 qt. baking dish. Cover tightly and bake for 30 min. or until bubbly.
3. Topping- Drop biscuits near the edges of dish. Bake until biscuits are done approx. 25 minutes, lifting with spatula to check for doneness.
Notes
Great in a cool night or when coming from the cold!!!
