what you need
- 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut unto chunks
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) chicken broth
- 2 cups MINUTE WHITE rice, uncooked
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.)frozen vegetable blend, thawed
- 3/4 lb. (12 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
make it
SPRAY large skillet with no stick cooking spray. Heat skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 3 minutes or until browned.
ADD broth; stir. Bring to a boil. Add rice, vegetables and prepared cheese product; stir. Cover.
COOK on low heat for 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and prepared cheese product is completely melted, stirring occasionally.
