what you need
- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 package ranch dressing mix
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 3 to 4 tablespoons ground cumin
- 3 cans diced green chilies
- 3 cans diced tomatoes
- 2 cans ranch style beans
- 1 or 2 cans corn niblets (depending on preference)
- Grated Sharp Kraft Cheese as garnish
- Serve with crackers or warm sourdough bread

In Dutch oven, brown ground meat - drain if necessary.
Add all dry ingredients, and stir. Add all canned ingredients.
Bring to slow boil and then simmer about 1 1/2 hours.
Notes
I buy the leanest ground meat I can find. Canned chili beans can be used instead of ranch style beans. Adjust chili powder and ground cumin according to preference.
