what you need
- 1 pound hamburger
- 4 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 small bag frozen peas
- 1 large can sliced carrots
- 1 onion, diced
- Salt & pepper to taste
make it
Brown hamburger breaking up any large pieces.
While hamburger is browning, peel potatoes and dice them in bite size pieces. Put them in pan, covered with water, and start to cook.
When hamburger is browned, drain it and put in with the potatoes. Add peas, carrots and onion. Bring to a boil and then lower heat to low and simmer. Cook until liquid is reduced and all vegetables are tender.
