what you need
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 can Spanish rice
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- Splash Worcestershire sauce
make it
Mix all ingredients in large bowl until well blended.
Place in small baking dish (I use a glass baking dish).
Bake on 400°F in oven for 1 hour, drain grease of meatloaf often.
