what you need
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 tub (12 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 angel food cake
- 2 cans cherry pie filling
make it
Soften cream cheese; mix with Cool Whip, sugar and vanilla.
Using a large deep dish, place sliced cake in bottom of dish. Cover with cream cheese mixture, then layer of cherries. Repeat, ending with cherry covering the top.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Will keep up to 2 weeks.
