what you need
- 1 lb. lean hamburger (extra lean optional)
- 1 of each - red, yellow & orange peppers
- 1 pkg. fresh spinach
- 3 large carrots
- 1 large onion
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 hot pepper (optional)
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. sugar (optional)
- 2 cans favorite brown beans
- 30 soft taco shells
make it
In large pan or wok: cook hamburger on medium heat.
In food processor chop into fine pieces: peppers, spinach, carrots and onions. Stir in remaining ingredients (beans last). Cook as you add approximately 30 minutes.
Microwave soft taco shell for 15 - 20 seconds. Add one large spoonful (per taco shell) and wrap.
Notes
Excellent for freezing individual spoonfuls and or burritos for quick snacks and
lunches.
-Microwave for 1 - 2 Minutes on High if thawed
-And 2 - 3 Minutes if frozen
