Peanut Butter Ice Cream Topping

what you need
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 lb. (1 stick) butter
- 1 Tbsp. all purpose flour
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
make it
Bring water and butter to a slow boil. Remove from heat and add flour. Stir until flour is totally incorperated.
Add in peanut butter until mixture is very smooth. Add confectioners’ sugar. Beat mixture with a hand mixer until very smooth.
Enjoy on top of your favorite ice cream.
