what you need
- 1 container salsa (refrigerated type)
- 1 cup corn (frozen type is best but canned or fresh can also be used)
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic (more if desired)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
make it
Place salsa in a medium bowl. Add corn, beans, garlic and cilantro. Mix.
Refrigerate at least 15 minutes to allow garlic and cilantro to permeate the other ingredients.
Serve with chips.
