what you need
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8 oz. pkg.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup (1/2 a stick) butter or margarine
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 8 oz. fettuccine, cooked, drained
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
make it
Mix the cream cheese, parmesan cheese, milk, butter, white pepper and garlic powder all in a medium saucepan.
Cook it in a low heat until the cream cheese has completely melted and that the mixture is well blended.
Toss the mixture with hot fettuccine and sprinkle it with the nutmeg.
