what you need
- 6 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 2 cups sugar
- 24 soda crackers, crushed
- 2 cups pecans, chopped
- 1 to 2 tubs whipped cream (optional)
make it
Beat egg whites until stiff. Add cream of tartar then gradually add sugar. Then add crushed soda crackers and chopped pecans.
Put in a casserole dish or something of that nature.
Bake at 325 degrees F for 35 minutes. Let cool about 10 minutes. Then put whipped cream on top. Enjoy!
