what you need
- 1/2 jar Miracle Whip
- 1 package Ritz Crackers
- 1-2 packages boneless chicken breasts (3-5 breasts per pkg.)
make it
Pour 1/2 of the jar of Miracle Whip into medium size bowl. Crush entire package of crackers into tiny pieces in 2nd medium size bowl. Take each breast and place it into Miracle Whip (make sure it's completely covered with the Miracle Whip). Place breast into crackers and cover completely (both sides).
Take breast and place on either glass baking dish or metal baking dish. Repeat steps above with all chicken breasts.
Place uncovered pan/dish in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F. Cook for about 20 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink in the middle. Then serve with your favorite side dishes.
Notes
For those of you that don't like Miracle Whip; be assured that this chicken does not taste like Miracle Whip!!! It only gives a bit of a sweet taste and it makes the chicken really tender.
