what you need
- 1 lb. salmon, cut into 4 equal size slices (approx. 2' wide)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
make it
In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well so salmon pieces are covered with honey. (No marinating necessary.)
Heat a non stick skillet.
Place salmon pieces in - skin side up. Let brown for approx. 3-4 min. Flip over carefully. Cook skin side down for another 3-4 min. Should be brown and crispy on both sides.
