what you need
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 5 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 sliced jalapeño (seeding optional)
- 1/4 cup finely diced onion
- Salt & pepper to taste
- A dash of ground cumin

Mix all ingredients in a non reactive container (glass or ceramic).
Adjust seasoning and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Notes
Multiple use salsa, great on steak, fish and chicken. Also excellent over nachos. Could be used as salad dressing or eaten as a dipping sauce along with corn chips or bite size French bread.
