Banana Cream Cheese(less) Cake

what you need
- 1 package low fat graham crackers
- 1/2 stick butter (may substitute oleo), melted
- 3 small bananas, sliced in 1/2 lengthwise
- 1 container (16 oz.) lite or fat-free sour cream
- 1 tub (8 oz.) Lite or Fat Free Cool Whip
- 1 box (4 serving) sugar-free banana cream instant pudding
- 1/8 cup crushed walnuts
make it
Crush the graham crackers finely and mix together with the melted butter. Press the crackers into the bottom of a springform pan firmly. On top of the crust, place the sliced banana.
Mix together the sour cream, Cool Whip and the dry instant pudding mix until well blended. Pour the pudding mixture on top of the bananas. Top with crushed walnuts.
Refrigerate until set (30 minutes or so). Release springform, cut and serve.
Notes
This recipe can also be made the "regular" way with regular graham crackers, regular instant pudding, regular sour cream and regular or French Vanilla Cool Whip.
A variation of this cheesecake is to use chocolate instant pudding (regular or sugar-free) and peanut butter for a Chocolate/Peanut butter Cheesecake. Scrumptious!!!!
