what you need
- 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 6 boneless pork chops
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. hot sauce (optional)
- Dash of salt
- 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
make it
Pour tomato sauce in crock-pot. Add pork chops. Thinly slice onions on a mandolin slicer if available and add on top of chops. Add brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, hot sauce, salt and garlic.
Set slow cooker or crock-pot on low and let cook for 5-6 hours.
If you are there while cooking, spoon a little of the sauce over chops every couple of hours. If not don't worry they will come out terrific. Serve over white rice. Enjoy!
Notes
This is always a hit at my home.
Hot sauce can be left out for a tangy flavor instead of spicy.
