- CRUST:
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 oz. ground pecans
- CREAM CHEESE LAYER:
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- WHIPPED CREAM LAYER:
- 1 small carton heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. confectioners' sugar
- TOPPING:
- Fresh mixed berries or cherry or blueberry pie filling

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a 11-3/4 x 7-1/2 x 1-3/4" pan. Mix the ingredients for crust and press into prepared pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool before adding cream cheese layer.
Beat the cream cheese layer ingredients and spread over cooled crust.
Beat the heavy cream, vanilla, and confectioner's sugar until whipped and spreadable. Spread whipped cream over cream cheese layer.
Top whipped cream layer with mixed berries or any of your favorite fresh fruit and glaze with melted red currant jelly. If berries aren't in season, top with cherry or blueberry pie filling.
