what you need
- 4 beef cube steaks
- 3/4 pack saltine crackers
- 4 eggs
- Salt and pepper
- 1/3 cup of oil
make it
Pound your meat until tender. Get a big Ziploc baggie, put crackers in and pound until completely broken.
Dip your steaks into the eggs, salt, pepper, and then into your crackers. Close the baggie and shake.
Put steak into hot oiled skillet and cover until lightly browned on each side.
