what you need
- 1 pkg. cream cheese
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 cups Strawberry Cool Whip
- 1 large graham cracker crust
- Sliced strawberries in syrup
- Plain Cool Whip
make it
Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer until well blended. Stir in Strawberry Cool Whip. Spoon into crust.
Refrigerate until set, at least 3 hours.
Cut into serving sizes. Spoon strawberries with syrup over the slice and top with plain Cool Whip.
Notes
A nice light and easy to prepare dessert for spring and summer.
You can use lower fat cream cheese and Strawberries in lite syrup and fat free Cool Whip.
