what you need
- 1 boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 (10 inch) flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese or cheddar cheese
make it
Dice chicken breast and cook in skillet. Add onions and cook until onions are tender and chicken is no longer pink. Remove from pan.
Place tortilla on bottom of skillet. Spread BBQ sauce over tortilla and sprinkle with cheese, onions, and chicken pieces. Top with other tortilla.
Cook over low heat until cheese is melted. Remove from skillet and cut into 6 wedges with pizza cutter.
