Banana Bread: Low Fat, No Sugar Added!!!!

what you need
- 1 1/2 cups wheat flour
- 3/4 cup sugar substitute GRANULAR
- 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup banana, mashed
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 Tablespoon sugar substitute granular to sprinkle on top of wet mix

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease or use cooking spray to prepare an 8x4 inch loaf pan. In a large bowl, stir together flour, granular sugar substitute, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Add egg whites, mashed bananas vanilla and applesauce; stir just until combined.
2. Pour batter into prepared pan, sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. granular sugar substitute.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 50 to 55 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of loaf comes out clean. Turn out onto wire rack and allow to cool before slicing.
Notes
ADDITIONS: You may add your favorite nut, or 1/2 cup of raisins for variety.
*Bread is not as fluffy as "full of fat, sugar and oil" banana bread. It is a bit dense, but densely delicious! You won't be disappointed if you want to eat healthy:)
