- 1 can salmon, drained and bones taken out
- 1 egg
- Enough flour to blend
- Oil for deep frying
make it
Mix salmon, egg, and flour.
Heat oil on medium high. Drop mix by spoonfuls, about 4 at a time. Cook till golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Repeat till mixture is gone.
Serve with ketchup to dip it in.
