Sweet and Simple Peanut Butter Fudge!

what you need
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
make it
Mix sugar and 1/2 cup water in a saucepan, and boil rapidly for exactly 1 minute.
Pour over peanut butter and vanilla in a bowl, and beat until thick.
Pour into buttered pan and allow to cool. I use an 8x8 square pan and spray with non stick cooking spray. Cut into squares.
Notes
This is certainly a crowd pleaser and I have taken it to my kid's school, served to relatives during the holidays, and make a batch at least once a week here in my home! Good luck with it and enjoy!~
