what you need
- Crust:
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 egg
- Filling:
- 3 pkg. (8 oz. each) Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 3 Tbsp. flour
make it
Mix the butter, sugar, flour, and egg together for the crust. Spread in a springform pan. If necessary use your fingers to form the crust. Bake at 450°F for 4-5 minutes. Let cool.
Mix all ingredients for filling. Pour into crust and bake 10 minutes at 450°F.
Then turn down to 250°F about 30 minutes more. If the cheesecake is jiggly let it bake some more. Take out of oven, and let cool.
Notes
Depending on your oven, it usually takes more than 30 minutes at the 250°F.
