Chicken-Cheese Chimichanga

what you need
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
- 2 1/2 cups cooked chicken; shredded
- 2 cups shredded cheddar, divided
- 2 cans crescent rolls
- 1/2 cup salsa
- Cheese dip
- Sour cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Saute onion and garlic until tender. Add chicken, cook low until heated. Stir in 1 cup cheese.
Separate dough into 8 rectangles; press perforated to seal. Spread 1/2 cup salsa to 1/2 inch from edges. Spoon chicken on top. Roll up from short side, pinch edges. Place seam side down.
Bake 16-21 min or until golden brown. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese. Bake 1-2 min or until cheese melts. Serve with cheese dip or sour cream and salsa.
