what you need
- 4 large chicken breasts
- 1 pound white or yellow rice (not boil in bag)
- 1 cup Kraft Shredded Cheese
- 1 can Ro*Tel tomatoes
- 1 reg size can of red beans (pinto, chili or kidney)
- 1 reg size can cream of chicken soup
- Salt and pepper to taste (optional)
make it
Boil chicken breasts, when done remove from water and allow to cool.
Add more water to the chicken stock and bring to boil. Add the rice. Allow to cook til tender.
Tear chicken from bone and add meat back into rice along with all other ingredients. Stir well. Serve.
