what you need
- 12 chocolate chip cookies
- Neapolitan ice cream
- Crushed chocolate pieces
- Crushed Oreo Cookies
- Candy sprinkles

This is very simple.....
Take two cookies at a time and put a scoop of ice cream in the center. Press the cookies together.
Roll them into either the crushed Oreo's, candy sprinkles, or the crushed chocolate candy pieces.
Wrap them in plastic wrap and store in the freezer until ready to eat.
Notes
You can use any kind of ice cream and candy pieces that you would like. My husband and children love these and they are so simple to make.
