what you need
- 1/4 lb. graham crackers (16-1/2 oz.) or 2 cups of packaged crumbs (16 oz.)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 6 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1-1/2 lb. Philadelphia Cream Cheese (24 oz.)
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pint sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Roll cracker crumbs very fine (or use packaged crumbs). Add sugar, cinnamon and butter mixing well. Line 9x13 cake pan.
Place cream cheese in mixing bowl and beat well with electric beaters. Add sugar gradually and then eggs one at a time. Add vanilla last. Pour into pan over graham cracker crust. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees F.
In bowl, whip sour cream lightly with sugar and vanilla. Pour carefully over baked cake. Bake 5 minutes at 500 degrees F. Cool and place in refrigerator. Add any topping that you like to the top and serve.
