what you need
- 2 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese
- 1/2 cup regular sour cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup sugar plus more for topping the cake
- 1 1/2 teaspons vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 premade graham cracker crust
- 1/2 of a 21 oz can blueberry pie filling
make it
Preheat the oven to 325°F
1. In an electric mixer mix the cream cheese, sour cream, butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Add eggs to mixture and mix until all is combined.
2. Pour filling into premade pie crust. Sprinkle the top with sugar.
3. Put in the oven and bake for 50 mintes-1 hour.
4. Let cool. Chill for 3 hours.
5. Spread pie filling on cake, chill, and serve.
Notes
When the cheesecake is cooking make sure to watch it so it will not burn on top.
