what you need
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 cup flour
- 2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ICING
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1 lb. box powder sugar
- walnuts
- 1 tsp vanilla
- dash of salt
make it
Combine margarine, water, cocoa and oil in a saucepan. Bring to a boil then pour over flour, sugar, salt, and stir.
Add buttermilk, eggs, soda & vanilla, blend well. Pour into a greased & flour jelly roll pan.
Bake for 20 min. in a 400 oven.
ICING:
Combine margarine, cocoa & buttermilk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add powdered sugar, walnuts, vanilla, and salt.
Spread over warm brownies.
