what you need
- 1/2 cup oleo
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla or maple flavor cream
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 cups flour
- 4 Tablespoons cocoa
- 1/2 cup sour milk
- 2 cups zucchini, grated
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
make it
Cream together oleo, oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla (or maple flavor cream) together.
Sift together baking soda, cinnamon, flour, cocoa.
Add sour milk and dry ingredients. Add zucchini. Mix well. Add chopped nuts and chocolate chips on top.
Bake at 325°F for 30-40 min in 13x9 pan or 1/2 sheet cake. (I like the sheet cake pan.)
